Personal Training:

Sessions include one-on-one to small group. Work with a personal trainer that is dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Maximize results by having tailor made workouts designed based on YOUR goals, abilities, and schedule.

Pilates Reformer:

One-on-one sessions with a Stott Pilates Certified instructor. Use the reformer to both help and challenge yourself through a series of pilates exercises to increase muscular strength, endurance, and core strength.

Sweat Class: 

Get the heart rate pumping with the music as you utilize various formats of exercise to burn fat and boost your metabolism.

Strength Class:

Focus on form and complicated lifts. Learn to get stronger while you build muscle and burn fat.

Yoga Class: 

Wind down your busy day or week with a great yoga class. Strengthen and stretch your way to a happier and healthier you with a certified yoga instructor.
